Exchange Policy
- Exchange:  Perfect fit matters & purchase with an ease of mind.  All items except undies(shapewear)/accessories(bra band extenders, Nipple tapes, Stick-on bras)  & clearance items (items listed in SALE link) purchased in this Seriously Sweet Sale is eligible for our 30 days exchange policy. Items must be in original condition with tags on.  I'M IN reserves the right to reject any exchange if the item is damaged or tagless. Strictly no returns.

Discounts
- 15%/20% Discount codes are non-stackable and cannot be used with Returns coupon codes and gift cards. Only 1 discount code can be utilised in 1 order.

Early Bird Free Gift
- Early bird free gift: 1 piece of mystery cheeky (in Free Size/Size M). 
- Early bird free gift is only applicable to orders checked out from 18/6/2021, Fri, 8pm - 10pm SGT, first 2hrs of the sale.
- Early bird free gift is only limited 1 per order, per account, per address. Multiple orders early bird free gift will be forfeited.
- Early bird free gift will not appear in your cart.
- Early bird free gift will automatically be packed in your order.
- Early bird free gift is on while stocks lasts, first come first serve basis. Fully redeemed free gift(s) will be announced on this page & on I'M IN Instagram.

Order processing
- Orders with NO Backorders will take 3 - 10 working days (excludes the day you place your order and weekends) due to the high influx of orders.
- Orders with Backorders will only be processed within 3-7 working days when your backorder arrives. Backorder estimated arrival date will be shown on the product page. Check out separately if you want the rest of your order to be shipped first.  

- Strictly no cancellation of order as the items has been reserved for you upon order placement.
- Strictly no changing of order to prevent delays in order processing. Should you need to change design/color/size, please exchange it based on our exchange policy validity. Hence, please double check your order before your check out.

Cara Mendapatkan Ukuran Bra I'M IN-mu

Bra I'M IN adalah ASIAN SIZE sehingga kadang sizing akan sedikit berbeda dengan brand lain. Untuk mendapatkan bra yang paling pas dengan tubuhmu, selalu ukur lebih dahulu lingkar underbust dan overbustmu, kemudian cocokkan ukuran tersebut dengan size chart masing-masing produk. Cek lebih dahulu keterangan pada setiap produk karena terkadang ada perbedaan sizing untuk model berbeda.

Langkah 1: 

Ukur lingkar UNDERBUSTmu (lingkar bawah dadamu) terlebih dahulu. Silahkan ukur tanpa menggunakan bra, relax pas pada tubuh, tidak perlu ditarik ketat.


Langkah 2:

Ukur lingkar OVERBUSTmu (lingkar tengah dada atau lingkar dada paling lebar). Kemudian hitung selisih lingkar OVERBUST minus lingkar UNDERBUST.

Contoh:

Lingkar overbust (dada paling lebar) 86 cm, lingkar underbust (bawah dada) 74 cm. Maka selisih adalah 86 - 72 = 12 cm. 

Voila! Sekarang kamu telah mendapatkan ukuran angka bramu!

Langkah 3 :

Untuk bra yang ukurannya dalam S/M/L/XL/XXL, silahkan ubah ukuran angkamu menggunakan  tabel di bawah ini:

Cara Mendapatkan Ukuran Cheekies I'M IN

Silahkan cek di keterangan setiap produk mengenai ukuran cheekies ya. Biasanya kami menggunakan ukuran pinggul untuk ukuran cheekies.
